Of course it depends on the size of the property, but each of my sessions is 1.5 hours long (which is usually sufficient). For extra-large properties, then additional fees may be incurred. The same goes for drone shots and/or Zillow 3D Tours—which might take longer depending on the property size.
I'll typically deliver your photos within 24-48 hours of the session. For more extensive services (such video and/or Zillow 3D Tours), the turnaround time may be slightly longer.
I monitor the weather closely before a scheduled shoot. If poor weather conditions are in the forecast, then I will work with you to reschedule your session accordingly. Especially for exterior shots, it might be necessary to wait for better weather. Generally, interior shots are not usually affected by weather conditions.
